I’m trying to gather all information and migration steps required to upgrade Sailpoint IIQ 8.3p4 to 8.5.

If there are any best practices documentation, high level and detailed steps for the upgrade migration, important items to consider during upgrade etc, please do share

@aseelvn07 mostly you will find in 8.5 installation doc like

Java 11 or 17 required (Java 8 is not recommended for 8.5)
OpenJDK or Oracle JDK supported

You need to be on 
Apache Tomcat 9.x
WebLogic 12c/14c
WebSphere 9.x

Databases (On Site)
l MySQL8.4and8.0
l MSSQLServer 2022 and 2019
l Oracle 19c
l PostgreSQL17and16

So if you have not upgraded JAVA/Database/tomcat based on latest doc, then first do system upgrade then perform IIQ upgrade to remove complexity.

Upgrade steps are almost same as before expect AccessHistory but you will get benefits from this doc
