Hi,
After our recent upgrade, the Role Search panel was still working for a short time, but now it only displays like in the attached screenshot.
When we check the browser console (F12), after about 30 seconds we get the following error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘innerHTML’)
I’ve already found some similar issues online where the suggested solution was to check /TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/identityiq/define/roles for missing or corrupted files. We verified this and everything looks fine.
I also came across another case where the root cause was BundleProfileRelation objects with no type (type = null in the database). After manually adding a type to these objects via the Object Browser, Role Search started working again.
We checked this as well and everything seems okay, so we’re still stuck.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or found another possible root cause?
