Hello,
We are facing an issue when going threw the role search in Setup>Roles>Role Search
The filters and search parametes are not shown.
Any idea how to fix it ?
I found this error when looking threw the console page:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘innerHTML’)
Hi @amirsaba,
look on /TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/identityiq/define/roles folder if you all the files or if someone is corrupted.
Maybe, you can compare with a working installation or try to deploy identityiq.war another time.

Thank you for the answer !
Redeploying the identityiq.war seems to fix the problem, hower it takes arround 10s to be displayed.
Any clue about this matter ?

about the charging time it could depend on various things like network, db ecc…
you can active the hql logs and you use a monitoring program to detect what is IIQ doing.
does it happen to you only on this page or on others too?
