Is it possible to list and retrieve all cloud rules that have been submitted for review and approved for deployment?

SailPoint Support Homepage - Customer Support keeps history of records of all tickets , so you can find them there
If you want to see deployed rules , you can can use SP-Config API( Sp-config Rules Exported - #7 by tyler_mairose )
