How to check loggers of Cloud Rule

HI All,

We have deployed Before Provisioning Cloud Rule in our tenant, which is giving some error when we are trying to use the rule. We have added logger statements in the rule but since its cloud rule we do not see any logs in ccg.log file. Please let us know is there is any way to see the logger statements in cloud rule or suggest how to debug a cloud rule.

To get cloud logs, you need to request through SailPoint support ticket.

Thanks for your reply, we did raised that to SailPoint but they replied saying they are not permitted to share cloud rule logs, which was quite surprising. So I thought to check here on how to debug if we don’t have access to cloud rule logs.

Though it is not a perfect solution, under “Events” or “Activities” in “Search” section you can view some information on the Exception or Error in cloud rules

Also, you can check the “Activity” tab under the specific user as well as “My Requests” in “Request center”

These are the places I check and most of the time I am able to figure out the issue
