Restrict Role search for different departments

Hi Team

We have got a specific requirement in Identitynow where

for example : Department A can only see Roles created for Department A and not all

and we are using Segmentation for that

however, there are some cases where segmentation is not applicable.

Do we have any other way to restrict Search for different users and departments in Identitynow
