Requested object not found.
Hi All,
when do we get the below error - followed the upgrade steps for cloud gateway -
https://documentation.sailpoint.com/connectors/identityiq/cloud_gateway/help/cloud_gateway/upgrading…
and then got the identity iq cloud gateway zip from this location as the upgrade was from 8.3 to 8.4 p3 - https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/IdentityIQ-Server-Software/IdentityIQ-8-4p3/ta-p/271621
After running the test connection for cloud gateway application getting the error as Error: Requested object not found
what are the reasons of getting the above error?
IdentityIQ object Synchronize task mentioned in the upgrade steps also failed with the same above error

Create a task of type “Identity IQ Cloud Gateway Synchronization Task“. Choose all the objects that you want to synchronize or configure with Cloud Gateway.
Once this task is completed. Do your activity. You will not get the error.

Oh I missed the last line of your post. Please enable the trace log and check the logs if you find anything.

check for both as task is also failing for you.
