Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

Hi all!
We are facing an error with the cloud gateways connector after upgrading to IIQ 8.4p1.
Before upgrading (8.3p4), the connectors were working good. Now when we test the connection it gives us a message saying “Requested object not found”.
I’ve searched this and it could be a lot of things, and wanted to see if any of you had this issue before.
This is happening in my instance, and in Dev. QA is working but because we didn’t upgrade the version.
Tried replacing the cacerts but didn’t work.
My doubts are if I need to upgrade the cloud gateway too.
