Request Center - Access Profiles not visible in Application Request

Hello,
I have this strange problem.

I created 2 logical applications (called also access applications) under Admin → Applications.

This 2 applications are identical with the only difference on the attribute Account Source.

App1 → FCP

App2 → FCP_Test2

For both applications I have:
Source: Active Directory
Access: Only one access profile called “Basic AD Group for FCP”
Enable for Users: ON
The access profile “Basic AD Group for FCP” is enabled and with flag Allow Access Request enabled.

The problem is that under Request center I see both the applications but I cannot see the Access Profile:

I waited more than 8 hours but nothing happens.
I also tried to remove and create the application but nothing happens. I tried also to to add new Access Profiles but nothing happens.

Yesterday I have created the same applications with name FCP_test and Account Source=All Users from Source with the same access profile and this was visibile in the request center under applications.

The Access Profile “Basic AD Group for FCP” is always visible under Request Center → Access Profile but the strange behavior is under Request Center → Applications

Do this require more than 24 hours to apply the settings ?
Why this strange behavior ?

Thanks

Not a solution - but I have seen that there’s a delay. Usually more like 5 minutes though, not 8+ hours.

This morning (so 12 hours later) both the access profiles are requestable from the Applications Request Center. I think I need to open a ticket for more details of this behavior.

Exactly, I’ve seen delays as well where roles/access profiles/entitlements when marked “Requestable” as true, do not appear in the request center immediately.

Based on the data in your tenant - Identity count, Sources, Access objects - The objects marked as requestable takes its own sweet time to be visible in the request center.

This has been a sign of concern lately and SailPoint needs to fix this.
