We installed the OOB IDN ServiceNOW plugin and tested a configuration where an approval request was rejected in ServiceNOW and this rejection message is not seen in Sailpoint side. Has anyone encountered this situation and what was the solution to resolve this issue? Thank you and best regards to all.
That is the default behavior of the workflow on the ServiceNow side. If any of the user approvals end in a rejected state, they go to the end of the workflow and nothing is sent to IdentityNow
