Is this accurate still? Microsoft is deprecating registered sharepoint apps in favor of OAUTH app registrations.

Hi @kej01s, it is still accurate and we are doing additional investigation on the Microsoft new APIs for SharePoint Online that may or may not be related with your concern. Just to investigation on it further, can you please share the link of the document and Microsoft announcement blog that you are referring?

Hi @kej01s, can you please confirm which authentication type you are currently using and whether JWT Certificate Credentials is working as expected?

We have identified the documentation changes for pre-requisites and that will be updated soon. Thanks!

Any news on this ? We are currently looking into onboarding the Sharepoint source, however we will not proceed with anything that will be deprecated soon.

Hi @adamslamena, you can still onboard the source and use JWT Certificate Credentials authentication type to avoid any future changes. We are still coordinating with Microsoft team and there will be more updates soon. Thanks!
