has 4 reassignmentType listed. Not sure what they mean because in production we are seeing reassignmentType coming as “MANUAL_REASSIGNMENT” even after 8 days(config we have for escalation of request to next level of approver) of waiting on approver.

Possible values: [MANUAL_REASSIGNMENT, AUTOMATIC_REASSIGNMENT, AUTO_ESCALATION, SELF_REVIEW_DELEGATION]
In case anyone knows what these 4 values mean and when they would come in response, that would be helpful
Hey @jthaytko Thanks for update. Those types are self explanatory but unfortunately I do not see same behaviour in production that’s the reason I posted it here.
