Hello, everyone. In NERM we need to be able to send reminders of pending approvals (when creating a new profile), or even to be able to re-assign the approval in case the manager of the profile owner is absent. Is there an OOTB way to do this? Greetings and thanks in advance.

AFAIK, there is no way to do that OOTB.
