In my current organisation has rapidsetup and service now configuration, so we need to send email notification to the support team if the rapid setup leaver is missing to create close loop tickets for remove entitlements, we have enabled the “Remove entitlements” option for application configuration in the rapid setup leaver.
Please let me know how can I check and write a code for this requirement.
you can use the post leaver rule. You can configure this rule on the leaver page on Rapid Setup configuration.
This rule will be execute after the leaver process, so you can use this rule to send an email.
Yes, we can write but how and where we can check if the closed loop tickets are being generated or not. Example Leaver event triggered for one user and he had 10 apps so which attribute do we need to check to send mail notification
