One of the system user received “Leaver Completed Notification Email Template“ based on the setup in Rapid Setup Configuration - Leaver. However, the leaver process was not manually triggered from identity warehouse. The data came from the authoritative application. Would like to know in what scenarios will this email template be triggered?
it will be send after the leaver completation. Also, check the notification setting into Identityiq configuration; maybe you have this template configured for other action.
Hi @enistri_devo , in IIQ configuration there is no reference to this email template. Do you mean this email should be sent everything a leaver is completed?
yes one the leaver process will be completed the email notification will be triggered. The same can be checked in your leaver workflow as well, as post wich step you are transitioning to send email notification.
You can check the same in advance analytics, go to the audit, and select the action as email sent, and give the target user id or select the date. and See the email triggered. if you want to track it.
The notification will be sent automatically once the leaver lifecycle process is fully completed. In the meantime, I recommend reviewing the notification settings within the IdentityIQ configuration. This particular email template may be mapped to a different workflow or event trigger, which might explain why it’s being sent unexpectedly.
Additionally, it would be helpful to check the provisioning transactions in the audit to verify if any related actions were triggered that could be linked to this notification.
