Hi Experts,

I am trying to customize the default leaver completion notification email template. Could you advise me on how to add details such as entitlements (e.g., revoked entitlements) and workgroup into the template?

The goal is to create a notification similar to the example below:

Termination of Identity, Jason completed.

Removed Roles:

• Test Role1
• Test Role2

Removed Entitlements:

• Test Entitlement 1
• Test Entitlement 2

Removed Workgroups:

• Test Workgroup 1
• Test Workgroup 2

Ensure to pass the variables with entitlement values, roles, and workgroup values in your workflow, in the step where email has been sending, pass these variables to the template. For further details, please refer below link.
