Rapid Setup Leaver Request Not Running

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

I’m running leaver and finding that often…but not always…the request gets stuck. It’s visible in the request list as an object, but there is no workflowcase and no obvious reason why the request is just sitting there and waiting. No approvals are being waited on. I would post the request, but it’s 2000 lines. I can post a version with new and old objects removed:

I checked and it’s not.
