My rapid setup for leaver isnt working. I have attached the screenshots of my configuration. I am updating an identity attribute of a user using a custom form and then running refresh identity task with “process events” but it is not detecting the user

The identity attribute change you’re submitting will likely require approval from the identity’s manager. Could you please verify if there is a pending approval work item for the manager of the identity in question?

No there’s no approval pending for attribute change I am doing through custom form.

Is the updated value reflected in the identity cube after submitting the change?, Could you attach the form for reference?

Here’s step-by-step process to reproduce the issue -

  1. Identity before submitting termination request -
  2. Submitting termination request using custom form -
  3. Identity after submitting term request -
  4. Ran refresh identity for this user with “Process Events” checkbox on

    It didnt detect the user for leaver.

Have you also configured the application → rapid setup → application.

because I have the same issue at my end where I am unable to generate the access request.
i my case it is showing that the event is triggered but no access request or work item is generated at my case.

Yes I have application level Leaver configuration setup as well for a couple of them

Are you facing this issue in any other environment, or a specified one?
Also, did you catch the logs?

I figured this out. I had enabled “Exclude Uncorrelated Identities” in the global configuration and I was testing with test users that were perhaps uncorrelated.
