Hi All,
We have a requirement where we want to automatically reassign/delegate the access review items to an Assistant of the Identity if Identity who is getting assigned with review items is a Director/C-Suite. I understand we have export and do a CSV import to reassign those items.
But I am looking for a solution to automate this and not do it manually.
IS this possible with ISC if so can you share some ideas around the same?

You can go to Identity Management > Identities > Find Director/C-Suite’s Identity > Go to Work Reassignment > Select “Certifications” on the Work Item type and Assign To the assistant Identity.

If Assistant has access part of the Certification task, it will still go to the original reviewer.
