For teams heavily relying on Identity AI insights, I’d recommend proactively monitoring behavior post-maintenance and confirming data pipelines resume as expected.
A friendly reminder to anyone impacted, if you use scheduled tasks or alerts tied to AI signals, it might be a good idea to disable or buffer them during the respective maintenance window.

Thank you for the details . Does this imply to the SailPoint ISC environments ? Apologies what does Identity AI means - Is it the AI component of the Identity Security Cloud . Will ISC env be affected only if we are licensed for it or all ISC envs in these regions are impacted ? Request your inputs
Only these features in your ISC tenant would be affected during your tenant specific maintenance window. Rest of the features should be available as usual.
