Upcoming product maintenance and downtime - Continuation in US-East-1 Production

On Saturday May 4, 2024, beginning at 1130pm CT, we will be completing our series of backend maintenance work and will perform an upgrade of a key backend messaging system in the US-East-1 Production (US) environment. All other regions and environments have already been successfully migrated at this time and will not experience any downtime.

This is the final part of the maintenance we announced in February here. Our Engineering teams have been working diligently to improve our migration procedure and conducting enhanced performance testing to ensure a successful migration. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our products for you.

This upgrade will enable SailPoint’s Identity Security Cloud to keep growing and scaling to support our ever growing set of customers and features. To ensure that there is no data or message loss, we will shut down all products the environment being upgraded for the duration of the migration (4 hours). This will make sure that there are no messages in flight that may get lost or misrouted as we switch our components to start using the upgraded cluster for messaging.

While SailPoint has prepared for this maintenance, if any unforeseen circumstances occur that are out of our control, we may have to extend the window to address those issues. We will provide communication to all customers via the Status Page and Developer Portal to keep you informed in the event that the maintenance window would require an extension.

Hi Alex, If a customer has tasks running every 2 hours (AD sync), do they need to change the schedule? Or ok to leave them on? Thank you!
