Perform Identity Request Maintenance DB Blocking Issue

We are having DB blocking issue while running PIRM task. This happens once a while. Is there a way we can see in loggers what IdentityRequest is being refreshed?
We manually cancel the identityRequest from debug, however it takes time to find the request.

you can try to active the hql logs too:

I think, if you have a lock/block problem on db with this task, when sp try to delete one or more record, founds a corrupted record or a missing foreing key.
