We have a requirement where we have a few JDBC applications with provisioning policy forms. The form needs to be pass different layers of approval based on the approval model mentioned in that application. The form should be editable to the approvers.
For eg.
When the user raises a request for an entitlement the user will fill the provisioning policy form and submit it. Once submitted it will go for approval and the approver can edit the fields in the form. Once approved the entitlement should be assigned to the user and account should be created in DB
