Hello All,
During access requests, users are providing inputs on the Provisioning Forms post they select the entitlement. The entitlement details are visible to the approver, can we show form inputs to approvers?
P.S. We thought of using comments, but if the field counts is high, it will be bad user experience going through the comments.

I think it is not possible through OOTB. But you try a Plugin to take the inputs from approvers.
What are these input snd does this inputs help to set any attribute during provisioning?
I also have similar requirement , I have created provisioning policy with review required attributes and user is able to see and provide input while requesting however those values are never displayed to approver. How to show this to approver
These can be country, department, etc. Approvers wish to see what has been selected by the requester and approve as these will be updated in their application.
We are thinking of showing these details as comments.
This sounds good . I don’t think there is option to show provisiong form .
Yeah another option we are thinking is to use quick link form instead. We need ability for approver to edit if needed.
