Oracle ERP Cloud Data Access Aggregation fails when an Ampersand (&) is in the password

When the Oracle ERP Cloud connector is enabled in ISC for Data Access aggregation and an ampersand (&) is present in the password, Entitlement Aggregation fails with error

Exception during aggregation of Object Type data access on Application Oracle Fusion Cloud Test [source]. Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred while aggregating Application Oracle Fusion Cloud Test [source] [ ConnectorException ]
[ Error details ] <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"> <soapenv:Body> <soapenv:Fault> <faultcode>soapenv:Client </faultcode> <faultstring>Unmarshalling Error: Unexpected character '3' (code 51) (expected a name start character)
at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [16,29] </faultstring> </soapenv:Fault> </soapenv:Body> </soapenv:Envelope> Show Less

If the Data Access aggregation feature is disabled, no failure is seen on entitlement aggregation.

The entitlement aggregation should not fail based on password characters for one specific use case, or this should be a clearly documented note for customers who plan to enable Data Access aggregation.
