We are implementing Onboarding 2.0 on the HR side. I’ve found the following issue: When the start date for a new hire or a rehire is in the future, the username field value remains blank in SailPoint:
There are only 2 ways for me to get that value from ONB2.0 or EC:
- If I aggregate that account specifically, the attribute will have a value
- If I wait until the start date equals the current date and then do a full account aggregation, I will also get a value.
I tried doing an unoptimized aggregation as well, but the username remains blank until 1 of the 2 scenarios above is true.
Has anyone seen this behavior before and can offer some insight?
