Success Factor ONB population partilly been aggregated

we are aggregating userse from success factor, we have users in onboarding state where customer tell us they are ONB users (on boarding) , on one hand IDN aggregate them and they get identity created on the other hande when going into the user and aggregating speicically his account from ‘Accounts’ tabe we get following error:
WrappedConnectorException: Unable to get account 38874 on source SF [source]. Possibly it has been deleted.

i can fetch the user from postman with User entity and EmpJob Entity

any thoughts? it is a future user witth speical status under User entity active_external_suite

Not specific to SuccessFactors, but I have seen similar issues when Account ID in the schema of the source is created by Downstream system when a new record is added. This causes the issue as there will be no nativeIdentity in the provisioning plan or no Account ID for the new account created in IDN. Hence trying to aggregate single account from Identities section will throw this error. After a complete Account Aggregation this goes away

it goes away only after empoyee start date arrive, till than its the same

any other ideas to why it happen
