Okta verify options for password reset in Sailpoint IdentityNow

Hi,

We have configured OKTA verify for password reset and we are successfully receiving push notification.
But instead of push we want number challenge or TOTP option to make it more secure. Please help how to achieve this requirement.

Hi Neha, I as far as I can see in my lab environment, the only option available for Okta is a normal push notification.

You’ll need to submit a product enhancement request at ideas.sailpoint.com and the product team may or may not pick it up based on community feedback.
