Integrated Okta Verify in Sailpoint IdentityNow not working during Password Reset

In the Identitynow Instance I integrated okta verify and our connection was succesful then in the identity profile I choose the okta verify option in the password reset and unlock method then I tried to reset the password of an identity belong to that identity profile then I opted authenticate with okta verify after selecting it I am getting please chose another method

my query: Does sailpoint identitynow supports the okta verify option currently if yes then what is the process after integrating during the password reset process for an identity ?

Hi @udaykiran , Yes Sailpoint IDN supports okta verify.
You can check these setting in your identity profile which is used for service where user ids are connected with authentication system (mostly its active directory)

I configured the settings that you mentioned in my identity profile and I am trying to use the okta verify during the password reset of an identity then I am getting like this

please check if these setting are correct in your env.

also you can do one test - from postman- run any okta api using the credential you have, see if its working there
