Forgot Password Okta Verify Issue

Hi,

We did install Desktop Password Interceptor and enabled Okta Verify for sandbox users. Its working fine.

But we did similar configuration for Production tenant and we get issue when we select Okta Verify Push notification ‘we are not able to verify your identity’. Both Sandbox and Production has Okta as IDP. In Identity profile we configured Authentication store in Sign In method as Okta.

We have Password Interceptor in Sandbox not in Production but I don’t think it will cause issue. We registered the user in SailPoint.

Please let me know if any one has idea what could be issue.
