We’re excited to announce new Quick Compliance Connectivity with Express Setup, along with Deep Governance Connectivity with Express Setup, as part of SailPoint Accelerated Application Management and AI App Onboarding.
Description
Quick Compliance Connectivity with Express Setup enables customers to rapidly connect a wide range of business applications in read-only mode—ideal for achieving immediate visibility and governance coverage for applications that don’t require deep governance on day one.
Deep Governance Connectivity with Express Setup is a separate onboarding path designed for applications that will eventually require full governance. Express Setup provides fast, initial read-only connectivity; when customers are ready, they can simply enable provisioning and deeper governance controls without reconfiguring the connector.
Problem
Customers have a large number of business applications that get ignored due to the focus on a handful of core applications requiring deeper connectivity and governance. This leaves the customer vulnerable to threats and audit & compliance issues.
Solution
Quick Compliance Connectivity offers a streamlined approach to rapidly onboard ungoverned applications that don’t need comprehensive governance initially. Through an intuitive “Express Setup” process, organizations can quickly connect these applications in read-only mode and integrate them into Identity Security Cloud.
Express Setup for Deep Governance Connectors extends this rapid onboarding capability to applications requiring more robust governance over time. The Express Setup process enables quick, read-only connectivity to bring applications under Identity Security Cloud management. When organizations are ready to implement provisioning workflows, they can easily activate provisioning configurations through a simple toggle switch.
Who is affected?
The Quick Compliance connectors are available as part of SAAM subscription on Identity Security Cloud. Express setup experience for deep governance connectors will be available via AI Application Onboarding.
