NERM: Unable to run profile imports

Hello everyone!
We have been trying to perform bulk imports of profiles in NERM. Apparently the last attempt got stuck, because if we try to import we get the following message:

Unable to run profile imports
The maximum number of Profile import jobs are currently being run.
Please try again later.

Does anyone know if we can kill the current process, as from the interface or from API we have not found a way.
