NERM bulk upload, duplicate prevention

Hi Community,

I am new to NERM. I am not sure if following features are available. Please advice, if this features are available.

  1. During NERM bulk upload via CSV, profiles that already exist are failing to upload. Instead, the system should merge these profiles with the existing ones and update the attribute values as specified in the CSV file.

  2. The notification pop-up for failed records remains visible for only a few minutes before disappearing, making it difficult to track which records failed to create a profile. There should be an option to download an error file or a list of records that were not successfully created, allowing users to review and address the failures whenever they need.

Hi Ravidnra,

This is the existing behaviour. But you make a very valid point. I would request you to please raise an enhancement request in the idea portal so that Sailpoint can pick this up and may implement in the future.
