NERM bulk upload records

Hi,
Is there any way of uploading non-employee records in BULK in SailPoint NERM ?
e.g., uploading an Excel/csv somehow in NERM tenant and it should execute create non-employee Workflow for all the records listed in the excel/csv…

Please let me know if you have implemented this or you have any insights.

Hi Vaibhav -

We have something like this on the roadmap for NERM - to run workflows as part of a bulk import for creating Profiles. However, at this time, that is not possible.

For now, Admins are able to import profiles in bulk via a CSV (1 file at a time, with a max of 5000 profiles - rows - in the file ) . This is only to Create profiles, not Update existing ones. Documentations is here: Creating and Editing Profiles - SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management Admin Help

After Import, you could utilize a Batch workflow to then run on all of the imported Profiles in order to perform the actions you require
