NERM is experiencing service degradation, like the profile search in batch workflows is taking forever. Is anyone experiencing the same issue.

I would recommend checking the Platform Status page and contacting SailPoint Support if the issue persists.

A vendor ticket has been raised and there is eventually a bug with a query optimization change and once it is reverted,it is fixed
