Need help in customizing Direct Reportees Widget

As we know the dashboard of a general IIQ Home page has a widget ‘Direct Reportees’. Right now the Managers are able to see the reportees but are not able to click on it. its not coming up as a hyperlink. When i login with a user with admin capabilties then i am able to click reportees and view all the user details.

Just wanted to know is this a capability constraint? or can we handle this in some other way without providing any additional capability to any manager?

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about? Version 8.3 Share all details related to your problem, including any error messages you may have received. We have a requirement to provide a Manager view in IIQ, such that the manager can to see their own Identity, their direct report’s (identity cubes). If the manager has direct report that is a manager, then the view should recursively be able to see their direct reports.
