Are there any details about what the various jobs are that appear on the Monitor page? Ex. QPOC, QPOC - High

only an internal team has access to monitor this queues since those are cloud services on AWS.
maybe you can invoke this API to monitor those queues but detail is limited:

@gustavo_mariscal You really didn’t answer the initial question. Can you clarify “what” these queues/jobs do? I’m seeing various things pop up in the “Monitor” option, but if there’s no documentation to define/clarify these why are they even provided?
