How to interpret Monitor page?

I would like to know how to interpret the Monitor page under Dashboard menu. I found this thread but it does not help very much:

Hi @ethompson only an internal team has access to monitor this queues since those are cloud services on AWS. maybe you can invoke this API to monitor those queues but detail is limited: {{api-url}}/cc/api/message/getQueueStatus?q=[{"property":"visibleMessageCount","direction":"DESC"}]

Anywone knows?

It looks like it’s just a way to track the status of in-progress background tasks, such as account aggregations, identity refreshes, and identity synchronizations. I can’t find any public facing documentation that explains everything, but I believe that our support and services teams knows how to interpret this when diagnosing issues.

Thanks Colin, I will ask CSM to talk with client to see if they have to increase their Tenant resources.
