How to interpret Monitor page?

Hi!

I would like to know how to interpret the Monitor page under Dashboard menu. I found this thread but it does not help very much:

Anywone knows?

It looks like it’s just a way to track the status of in-progress background tasks, such as account aggregations, identity refreshes, and identity synchronizations. I can’t find any public facing documentation that explains everything, but I believe that our support and services teams knows how to interpret this when diagnosing issues.
