When a manager goes into our SailPointIIQ version to edit or deprovision a user, the screenshot attached shows that the manager is able tochoose from active and inactive identites in SailPoint. The manager should only be able to choose active users. How can i manipulate the OOTB Quicklink for managers to be able to only select active users as on the screen. What code or script can i put into the quicklink to match certain criteria?

This above configuration is more for the quicklink and access request . I see from the screenshot that is more of the Advance Analytics and which is used for the advance reporting . this access is generally given Admin / Auditors or high privileged users.

This Advance Analytics is for the advance reporting . if you want to restrict the data in advance analytics i think that would be not possible rather i would suggest to create a custom report for the manager and they would see only data which reports want to show.

Apologies, but I am not understanding. The first screenshot happens when you click our custom quicklink.

In the quicklink population, under configuration, I am looking for a way to limit the users to only the active users under said manager. Please see new screenshot below.

Access to Advance Analytics is give through the rights/ capability object not through the quick link .
Also capability / rights just given access to this option but this object doesn’t given option to restricts the data .

Hi @derrickthomasvdot,

To show only active users on the access request page for managers, you can update the manager quicklink as follows.

After the update, managers will only be able to see active reportees on the access request page.
