I have questions regarding the filter options available in the Manage User Access screen in SailPoint

  1. Is there a maximum limit to the number of filters that can be added or displayed in the “Manage Access” filter section?
  2. How can I customize or reorder the filter dropdown options to control their display order?
  3. Is it possible to hide certain filters to streamline the user interface?
  4. How can I keep the filter screen always visible (expanded) by default?
  5. Please provide guidance on the above points, along with any relevant documentation or configuration steps.

Maximum Filters:
No documented limit on the number of filters, but adding too many may impact user experience.

Customizing and Reordering:
Modify the UIConfig XML file to define the order and availability of filters.

Hiding Filters:
Create a plugin or modify UIConfig to hide specific filters. Refer to SailPoint’s community for detailed steps.

Always Visible Filters:
Update UIConfig to set the filter panel’s default state to expanded.

Note: Backup configurations before changes, and restart IdentityIQ to apply updates.

For 3rd point there is a Plugin which you can hide the filters and it is verified by SailPoint. You can find in below link with in details.
