Hello,

I am new into Sailpoint, learning new things every day.

  1. can we add any custom workflow in Manage User Access in IIQ?
  2. Is it possible to restrict the AD entitlement in Manage User Access? For example,
    A user came into Manage User Access and he needs only ABC AD group Access but he said what harm if I can add extra access for himself and he requested access for XYZ AD group access also that he doesn’t need.
    It might be a silly but can it made possible to hide other entitlement to be visible to the user?

Sure

  1. Workflow is called LCM Provisioning
  2. If you click on Gear Menu → Quicklink Population you can control eg. Who, can request, what, for whom etc…

You can however i would suggest not to do that. Instead of that you can make a copy of lcm provisioning and customize it or write your own custom process which can then call LCM Provisioning as subprocess.

You can find in LCM Configuration which Business Processes are called when.
