LCM Provisioning Complete Status With Request Pending Approval

Good afternoon,
I have a problem with requests, when creating a request it stops in the approval scheme, but if I run the Perform Identity Request Maintenance task it changes the status of the request to Complete even though it is pending approval. If anyone has had this problem, thanks for your help.

Hi @PauloFerrari,

Please attach the trace of the LCM Provisioning workflow. It will help identify what this anomaly is.

log.txt (303.4 KB)

LCM Provisioning Dynamic Approval.xml (37.7 KB)
follow lcm provisioning

Hi Paulo.

The trace here seems to end at the security officer approval, could you append the one which closes out the request with status turning to complete.

Along with that could you confirm if this is the approvalScheme in play: Manager, Owner of the object and the Security Officer?

Please attach the approve and provision subprocess as well

@PauloFerrari,

Hope Approval is getting generated but even without any approval is done perform identity request mainatainace is changes the request status. Can you please confirm if this is happing with first level approval or on any specific level? also can you please share “Approve and Provision Subprocess Dynamic Approval” ?

Approve and Provision Subprocess Dynamic Approval.xml (30.8 KB)

What I noticed is when I request an entitlement from the active directory or SAP it follows the flow correctly and does not change the status before the appropriate approvals, however if I request a JDBC or SQL Loader or Delimited File for example, it changes the status before the approvals , would there be a problem with the type of object that is in the request perhaps?

Regardless of level

IdentityRequest.xml (5.7 KB)

I think the SAP Provisioning step in the Approve and Provision Subprocess Dynamic Approval.xml should be conditional and it may be mispositioned prima facie. Could you elaborate what that step does and why it is positioned as it is now?

Also please confirm the approvalScheme, is it Manager, Owner of the object, Security Officer?

Yes, the approvalScheme it is,

Which level of the approvalScheme is where we are skipping the approval for JDBC?

Any level

Please attach the trace of the LCM workflow thrown when you request for JDBC entitlement

Hello, you followed the flow correctly in JDBC, it seems that the error is occurring with Business Role and Entitlement for Delimited File, and for the native connectors it is following correctly, in the previous example I sent you there is a business role(“Consultation and Maintenance Profile …”) which presents the error

One question, is it the connector itself or some other specific flow that determines the provisioning status when triggering the perform task? Because it changes provisioning status without being provisioned
