Provision in Active Directory - Workflow Terminated Early for Request Based Provision

Hello Everyone,

We faced an issue where I requested one role from request center but in account activity for that Identity, it is showing Status “Completed” with stage “Terminated” and working as “Workflow was terminated early”.

I checked there is no custom Workflow is enabled and my AD Source is in healthy state with IQService Enabled.

The CCG.log and IQTrace has no information on this particular operation.

Can any one help me here?

Can you check the User Status either the Requestee(To whom you have requested) is active or inactive state?

Yes, the requestee’s life cycle status is in Active State.

The provisioningTimeout and timeout also increased to 240 sec and tested, but still the same result as “Workflow was terminated early”.
