Is something going on with sailpoint? I am trying to configure a JDBC connector however from 3 hours i am receiving an error while trying to discover schema. Can anyone please help me error?

Hi,
Sometimes if the source dint create successfully it will show that error. If its a newly created source, delete it and create again.
Once after succesful connection if you discover schema it should work. We implemented one recently.

Is test connection successful, without connecting to the DB, it cannot pull schema.
Hi @Abhinov7 @MVKR7T Actually it was working till 4:30pm IST suddenly started getting this error. Yes after test connection was successful only tried discovering schema.
Also deleted and created it twice same error.
Can you check your query, can you run the query directly in your DB.
Any chance of SQL query being wrong in terms of column names or permissions changed.
Check any other JDBC source, see if it is working or not. If it is working then problem with your config at SailPoint or at DB side.
If it is not working then tenant issue, you can create a support ticket.
