Issues with Flat File Entitlement Aggregation

I am currently trying to generate a User Certification Campaign with one of our Flat File sources.

Previously, we had been able to upload a csv for account aggregation, and any new entitlements from that aggregation would be generated as the “Entitlements” type. However, that seems to no longer be the case. I have tried using Entitlement Aggregation and creating a new Entitlement Type along with Entitlement Aggregation, but have not reached a solution. In doing so, I tried changing the type in the Account Schema to the default “group” Entitlement Type, and tried my own created Entitlement Type.

When doing the Entitlement Aggregation, it creates the entitlements, but both prior to and after performing another account aggregation, I am left with the new accounts/identities not having entitlements aggregated to their accounts for review. I have also tried creating a new source altogether but am still left with the same issue. This originally stemmed from a prompt notifying that we had an orphan entitlement(s), when previewing the campaign.

For reference, I have looked at the following post:
Flat file source entitlements not getting created - Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / ISC Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community

But again, have found no solution.

Any and all input/help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Do you have a sample data from your csv for a couple of users that you can provide and what the results are for those users? (Make sure not to use real data)

Can you Paste the JSON of your Schema for the entitlement type and account schema?

I’m assuming you are using multiple rows for the account to represent multi-values and that your entitlement attribute is set to multi-valued?
