Delimited File Source without Entitlement Aggregation

Hi All,

I am trying to aggregate accounts without Entitlement Aggregation, but found a inconsistent behaviour.

Scenario 1:

  1. A Delimited File Source 1, which aggregated accounts and entitlements. There are 3 enttilements: Admin, Upload and Approve.
  2. I updated the account aggregation, adding another entitlement “Delete” to one of the accounts, and re-uploaded the account CSV.
  3. I did not update the entitlement CSV.
  4. The entitlement list in the source updated with addition of “Delete”, and the updated account contains the “Delete” entitlement.
  5. Please see the below pictures for reference.

Scenario 2:

  1. Created another a newly Delimited File Source 2.
  2. Uploading a account csv, but not uploading entitlement CSV.
  3. This time, accounts are aggregated but not entitlement

Has anyone encountered these behaviour? Is it expected?

Thank you very much.

Hello @longinuschanGT

This looks similar to an issue discussed in an old post.
Here’s the link to it: https://developer.sailpoint.com/discuss/t/entitlements-not-showing-up-in-entitlement-catalog-after-account-aggregation-delimited-file-connector/85675.

Hope it helps!

Hi @longinuschanGT , Can you check the Schema for source1 and source2 ,I think you might miss to add attribute for entitlement in source2 .
If this not work can you provide SS of schema to resolve this.
