What problem are you observing?
A couple of things that probably work as SailPoint designed them, but I find them hard to use.
Go to Access Model » Entitlements.
Notice the button at (1) and the count of identities at (2):
Now search for erlkjgherkjghewqkjgherkjgh

Now clear the search by pressing the (x) button:
Notice that the button (1) disappeared, and the count of identities only appear if you move with the mouse over the rows or you modify the columns in some way. The count of identities are already loaded, you can check the API call in the developer console. They are NOT loaded on mouse-over.
Bonus, the behavior of “Reset columns”. I wouldn’t have guessed in a thousand years how this works (try to change the column selection, press F5 to refresh the page, press the “reset columns” button).

Bugs are considered issues with a feature that prevent it from behaving as designed. In what way do you believe this feature is not working as designed?
It probably works as designed, but it is hard to use.
