Hi! Me and my team are experiencing some weird and random errors on tenants UI, across all clients and sandbox/production. For example, we are unable to enable any roles from some client (only a system error message appears). On other client, we see that after saving objects, like source or workflow configurations, UI returns to list screen ant changes are not being saved. This lead us to enter 2 or 3 times to perform and save changes.
We noticed that it happens mostly when we have more than one navigator tab opened with tenant, but other times does not work with only on tab opened.
Resolved - The SailPoint team has mitigated the service disruption with Workflows.

Investigating - SailPoint is investigating an issue with Workflows using form action that is currently impacting some of our customers. We are working on addressing the service disruption and will provide an update upon resolution.

Hi @derek_putnam ! Thank you very much! I am experiencing erratic behaviours in several components of ISC, and across all our clients here. Mostly, we have to perform changes more than once in some objects like worflows or sources, because save action end with sucess, but when returning to object configuration it returns to previous state. Cloning workflows does not work well too, it does not create the new workflow, but when trying to clone again, it says that it exists. Sometimes after a while, cloned workflow appears.
@jsosa I recommend you open a support case. Erratic behavior like this is difficult for the community to reproduce. You can share your support ticket number here as well as any status updates to keep the community informed of the progress.
