Our IQService is not getting auto updated.
Upon checking the logs
I am getting this message - No New Version found for UpdateService. Thread will sleep for 1 hours before checking for next upgrade.
Any info o next steps
Hi its likely Your IQService is already on the latest version available from IdentityNow.
Please check services and in that find the version of SailpointIQservice.
if not try to restart the Services once
No, it is not on latest version. IQService is still on December 2023 version.
I have tried restarting the services already.
