Hi everyone,

We have faced an unusual intermittent issue with auto start of IQService in our windows server once in a blue moon. The IQService is configured to Automatic start type meaning meaning Windows will start it as soon as possible whenever the system boots. When a windows patching is done, the IQ Service does not start up automatically after the server boots up. Hence, wanted to know if any one has had such issue or if IQService is dependent on other services in the Windows server?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @rabshrestha - We have seen this before. 1st step I would try is setting the IQService to be auto-delayed start so all the Windows dependencies are up before it tries to start.
